At least give us an option to upload our voices. Now we can't generate any video unless we pay for the voice upgrade. So this app is useless.

I am sorry about how you are feeling. 11 labs voices were never part of our Pro Lifetime plan. At the time of launch we had PlayHT voices, but then we moved away from them to OpenAI voices because of a ton of reliability issues.
We later added Eleven labs but it is not financially viable for us to give it for all life time members. They are a third party and we have no control over their pricing.
That said, if you really need premium voices, please feel free to reach out directly to me sr@puppetry.com (and I can try to give you access temporarily).

i have the same feeling, "better" voices requere another premium tier that looks like is not include in the pro version that we have, also the rendering takes forever to get a simple 1:34 secons video

This was the most disappointing purchase - what a bait and switch - tool not one function works well and the only product I know that's gotten worse with time.

cr8tivMedia Can you please share what did not work? sr@puppetry.com
Appsumo LTD customers have been some of our best customers, giving us feedback and cheering us on. We are trying our best to keep Puppetry going and continue supporting LTD customers. Unlike other big players in this space, we are a very very small shop and I try to respond to every customer request. I apologize if we missed your email.
